Refund policy
At GREFI STUDIOS , We are dedicated to provide you with an exquisite & seamless shopping experience . However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange and return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We hope you understand, love GREFI STUDIOS.
We suggest when you open the package you must make an unboxing video for submitting in case the product is damaged. And we have also laid down some rules for your convenience, and we hope you will read them before sending a complaint/request.
- GREFI STUDIOS is not responsible for any damage caused after the products are delivered.
- In case of any problem or quality issue or with the product or there’s a damaged product, you may contact us at contactus@grefistudios.com, and we will see what we can do for you. You need to, however, email us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video attached to the email. We will always be happy to assist you.
- If you have received the wrong product and you choose to open the plastic seal without our consent, we will consider that product thereby sold. No refunds/replacements will be made.
- Once your product order is placed, it can not be cancelled.
- Requests of exchange or Refund of products will not be accepted once a order is placed.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable.
